These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okpl platform and all services offered through it. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.

All users must be 21 years of age or older to register and place real-money wagers on okpl, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
Each individual may hold only one active okpl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions set out in each individual offer. Wagering must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification (KYC), wagering requirements, and okpl's anti-money-laundering procedures. Processing times vary by payment method.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting systems, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
okpl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing the okpl platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as the okpl Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the okpl platform and must not register an Account or place any wager. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them.
Use of okpl's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with applicable Philippine gambling regulations. okpl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned less any bonus amounts received.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the okpl platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. In the event that duplicate Accounts are detected, okpl reserves the right to close all but one Account, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okpl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You must notify okpl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. okpl recommends enabling two-factor authentication in your Account security settings.
okpl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and may request verification at any time at its discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
All transactions on the okpl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. okpl bears no responsibility for any exchange rate differences or charges imposed by third-party payment providers in connection with transactions conducted in other currencies.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. okpl reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to any deduction being applied.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods available on the okpl platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page. okpl does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
okpl reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion, including where there are concerns about the source of funds or where anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance requires it.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — same day (subject to network availability); bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — one to three business days; Visa/Mastercard — three to five business days. These timelines are indicative and may vary.
okpl operates in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering legislation. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. okpl reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay processing, or report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.
Bonuses and promotional offers available on the okpl platform are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is calculated on the Bonus amount or on the combined deposit and Bonus amount, as specified in each offer.
okpl reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including by registering multiple Accounts, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or otherwise circumventing the intent of a promotion — will have their bonuses voided and associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to Account suspension.
Each game available on the okpl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the server-side record, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
All game outcomes on the okpl platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which produces results that are statistically independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) in a real-time studio environment.
In the event of a software error, system fault, or technical malfunction that affects a game round, okpl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. No winnings derived from a verifiable technical error shall be deemed valid or payable.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the okpl platform and are displayed within each game interface. okpl reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpl shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
The okpl platform and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. okpl makes no representation that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, okpl's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
okpl's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the okpl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
okpl collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and improving the player experience. okpl does not sell personal data to third parties.

okpl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for cause, okpl is not obligated to return any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real money deposits that cannot be linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player following completion of any applicable AML review.
Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting okpl support. Any remaining Account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following successful completion of identity verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okpl platform, you are encouraged to contact okpl's customer support in the first instance. okpl will endeavor to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. okpl's determination on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
okpl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okpl will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players, either by email, in-platform notification, or by publishing a revised version of the Terms with an updated effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the okpl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute.
