okpl will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, this period may be extended by a further sixty (60) days, in which case okpl will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Where okpl is unable to comply with a request — for example, because doing so would conflict with a legal obligation — the reasons for refusal will be communicated to you in writing.
The okpl Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. okpl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If okpl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted in a manner consistent with legal obligations, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source. All winnings generated on an underage Account will be forfeited.
